Purchase on Shop online

Click on the menu to Shop online, click on an image to access the individual item’s product page where you will be given information on sizing and color with available or not in stock
- If your shoe size is not showing in the dropdown list, email us at [email protected] and we will reply promptly
Add merchandise to your shopping bag by clicking on the “add to shopping bag “ button near the desired item
Review the items you have selected by clicking on the “shopping bag”. To delete an item from your shopping bag, click on the remove next to item. To change the number of items click on “update shopping bag” and key in the new quantity.
Resume shopping after viewing your shopping bag, click the “continue browsing” button.
Proceed to checkout to finalize your purchases and follow the instructions

Alternatively if you do not find what you are looking for in the Shop or you are interested in an item which is not available to purchase online, you can email us or call us and we will contact you link contact us

Delivery

The delivery is free of charge for addresses in Thailand. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 3 days. If you have ordered an item from a waiting list it will be shipped once the merchandise is in stock

Return

To return any items to change size or faulty item, simply follow the below instructions:

Send an email to [email protected] to request a Returns Merchandise Authorization Number within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns received outside the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of Christian Denhez CO.,LTD. We will send to you confirmation by email the RMAN, our workshop address
- Change size: We will inform you in our confirmation the delivery cost (idem first delivery) Then you will transfer to our bank account the amount of new delivery
- Change faulty item: The new delivery is free shipping. If the shoe is not available, you will receive a full refund within 30 days of the date of return
- Please be aware that shoes must be returned with their original designer packaging (box, Tag). Otherwise no exchange size or refund for faulty will be made
